SHERIFF’S SALE“.

BY virtue of a writ ot'Fieri Facias to me directed, issued

out of Her Majesty's Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of George Beer, George R. Beer. and Lemuel Lowdy Beer, against John Noble, an absent debtor, I have taken and seized as the pro- party of the said John Noble, an absent debtor, All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said John Noble, in and to 44 acres of Land, with the buildings thereon, situate on Lot or Township Number Thirty-two (3'2). and bounded as follows, viz: commencing at a stake fixed on the West side of a road leading from Tryon to Charlottetown, being the Northeast boundary-stake of a tract of Land leased to John Caldron, and from thence by a line running north, seventy-three degrees and thirty minutes west, the distance of eighty-seven chains and seventytive links, to the division line of Lots 'l‘hirty-Two and thirty-one; thence North, in said line, five chains and thirteen links: thence South, seventy-three degrees and thirty minutes east, to the said line of road; thence south-Westward- 1y along said road, to the stake or place of beginning, in Queen’s County, and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on SATUR— DAY, the 13th day oprril, 1867, at 12 o'clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown. in the said County, set up and sell at public auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £99 (is. 3d., besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.

Y virtue ot'a writ of Statute Execution to me directed,

issued out of Her Majesty's Supreme Court of Judicature, at it!!! suit ofJohn Knight, against Ronald \Valker, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Ronald Walker, All his right, title and interest in and to one acre of land, a little more or less, situate at Annaudale, Grand River, Township No. Fitty~six, bounded on the North by land in possession of Archibald McDonald, on the South by Grand River. on the East by Grand River Wharf Road, and on

the West by land in possession of William Norton, Esq, in King‘s .

County, and I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on Friday, the 6th day of September next, at the hour of 12 o'clock, noon, at the Old Court House in Georgetown, in the said County. set up and sell, at public auction, the said property, or as much thereof as wiil satisfy the levy marked on the said Writ, being for the sum of One Hundred and Thirty-Nine Pounds Six Shillings and Sixpence, debt and costs, with interest on One Hundred Pounds trom 1st January. A.D. 1867, until paid, together with 16s. ed for the said writ, besides Sheriff ’s foes and all incidental expenses.

Y virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me directed, is- sued out of Her Majesty‘s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of William Sanderson against William Penny, I have taken and seized as the property of the said William Penny, All his right, title and freehold interest in and to 100 acres of Land, a little more or less, with the buildings and ap- purtenances thereunto belonging, situate on Township No. 53, ounded on the north by the road leading from Hand of St. Peter‘s Bay to Cardigan, on the east by land in the possession of Michael Herring, and on the west by land in the possession of John McDonald, Roderick’s son, in Kig‘s County; and 1 do hereby give public notice that I will, on Monday, the 19th day of August next, at the hour of 12 o'clock, noon, at the old Court House in Georgetown, Set up and sell at Public Auction, the above recited property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being for the sum ot£10 3s. 4d, debt and costs, with interest on £7 103. from 16th April, A. D. .1866, until paid, together with 163. 8d. for said

writ, besides Sheriff ’8 fees and incidental expenses.

Y virtue of two several Writs of Statute Execution, to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of James Bourke, against Joseph Kellow, [have taken and seized as the property of the said Joseph Kcllow, All his right, title and freehold interest, in and to one-fourth of Town Lot No. 9, Second Range, Letter F. in Georgetown, fronting on the Western side of Kent Street 30 feet, and extending back 84 feet. a little more or less, withthe building thereon erected; and 1 do hereby give Public Notice, that I will, on the 12th day of APRIL, 1867', at the Court House in Georgetown. at 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell at Public Auction, the above recited property, or 'asmuch lhoreof as will satisfy the amount of levy marked on thertwo paid several Writs. One Execution being for shown: of £80 at 0d., with interest on £60, part thereof from the‘30th do of March, 1865, until paid, besides 163.
