HEREAS I have received information that on the night of SATURDAY, the 27th Mar last, 9. Barn and Stable, of JOHN Aacumann MCDONALD, ESQUlRE, situate at GLENALADALE, on Township Number 36, were consumer) or FIRE, and that there is strong reason to believe that the said buildings were wilfully and feloniously set on fire by some person, or persons, at present un- discovered. '

New, therefore, in order to the discovery and punishment of the party, or parties, guilty of the aforesaid felonious offence, have thought fit, by and with the advice and consent of 'IIer MaJesty’s Council, to proclaim, and I do hereby proclaim and other a reward of

FIVE HUNDRED POUNDS,

to any person, or persons, not the actual party to the act, who will oive such information and evidence as will lead to the discovery,

prrehension and conviction of the offender, or offenders.

Given under my hand and the great Seal of this Island, at Char lottetown, in the said Island, this Sixth day of June, A.D., 1865,and in the Twenty-eighth year of llerMajesty’s reign.

UBLlC notice is hereby given. that Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, and Court of Assize and General Jail Delivery for King's County, will be held at the Court House, in Georgetown on Tuesday, the 18th day of July next, at the hour of 10 o’clock, forenoon,‘of the same day, of which all Justices, Coroners, High and Petty Constables and Bailitfs, will take notice, and laying aside all manner of business and excuses whatsoever, be then and there to do and fulfil those things which by reason of their several oflices shall be to be done.
