Y virtue of a Writ of Statute Execution to me di- rected, issued out of Her Majesty's Supreme Court ofJudicature. at the suit of Hezekiah Hopkins. against Harold Craswell,I have taken and seized as the pro- perty of the said Harold Craswcll, All the Right, Title and Interest of the said Harold Craswell. in and to the following described piece or parcel of Land, that is to say : commencing at a stake fixed on the south side of Second Street, in Summerside. on the west boundary line of Lot number twenty-five, (25) formerly leased to James Russel, and running southerly the distance of one hundred feet. or until it meets land formerly owned by Charles Hyde; thence westerly the distance of seventy-eight feet. and one half foot; thence at right angles northwardly, until it meets Second Street ; thence along Second Street to the stake. at the place of beginning, being Town Lot number twenty-four. as laid down in the plan of the propertyof Joseph Green. sen’r, together with the Distillery, Houses. Stables, and im- provements thereon. now occupied by the said Harold Craswcll. in Prince County; and I do hereby give. llEREAS a Writ has been issued to us. under and by virtue of an Act passed in the 14th year of the reign of Iler present Majesty. intituled “ An Act to re- gulntc the laying out and altering of Hi hways." and of the Acts 1n amendment thereof, where y we are com- manded to enquire what damage or advantage will ac- crue to those persons who are interested in the lands through which a certain new road is intended to be made. commencing at Fraser's, Millvalo. Lot 21. and extending to Millvale Road. we do hereby give notice to all parties concerned. that we will commence the execution of the said writ by attending at Murphy's. head Millvalc River. on Thursday, the 26th day of August next. at the hour of ten o’clock. in the forenoon. and from thence we will proceed through the said new line of road and complete the inquest according to law. Given under our hands this 15th day of July, 1869. at New London.
