In re Peter Jlchonald, of Township Number Fifty- lwo, in King’s County, Farmer, an Insolvent Debtor.

\Vhereas, at a meeting of the creditors of the said Insolvent Debtor, held on the Twentyeecond day of April last, after arguments, it was ordered. that as the Schedules of the said Insolvent Debtor Were insufficient, he have leave to amend the same; and that upon the Schedules as amended being filed, a meeting of the said creditors shall hereafter be called; and, whereas the , said Schedules as amended. are now on file in the re- cords 01' this Honorable Court, I do hereby order that a met-ting of the said creditors be held on ZlIonday, the sixfoen'b day of August next. at the Court House. in Charlottetown, aforeSaid. at 11 o’clock, a. m.. for the

urposcs of the said meeting, first above mentioned, and that this order be published in the Royal Gazelle newspaper, tor three months from the date hereof.
