brown sugar. then egg yolk, ven- illa and mixed peel. slit flour. baking powder and salt and add. Add raisins and combine well

Roll small pieces oi dough into balls, dip in slightly beaten r38 white and roll in crushed corn or wheat flakes- Place on a greased baking sheet and, using a thlmble or fingertip make a deep depres- sion in the centre of each ball. Bake in a slow oven, 325 degrees. F, 20 to 25 minutes. Fill depres- 510115 with lelly or pam. Makes l5 to 18 small cakes.
