BACCHUS Awareness

Anyone who may have cruised through the "pit" area on Monday, October 22nd, should have seen a huge display, a video playing non-stop and/or a blond talking about Bacchus.

Bacchus stands for: Beware of Alcohol Consciousness Consumption of Healthy University Students.

Bacchus’s phil. doesn’t say “no, don’t drink" but .

promotes consciousness consumption of alcohol.

Bacchus met with various people on campus, the director of Student Services, the Student Union Executives, and some of the Head Residents and Resident Assistants for information meeting. Hopefully, anyone who took in any aspect of the Bacchus display or information sessions had their cyes opened and/or reopened to the alcoholic problem On university campuses. I would like to thank Carmi and Lisa for their time and interesting talks- Question for thought?

"Do you consume more than (or about 28 alcoholic drinks. per week?"

Resume Writing

UPEI Student Union and the Employment Centre On Campus is offering every UPEI student the Opportunity to participate in an awareness session(s) On resume writing, preparing for an interview, and the Interview. Employers from many areas -

Student Union Elections

Elections will be held for Ombudsperson and Freshman Representative on Wednesday, Nov. 7 and Thursday, Nov. 8, 1990 from 9:00 - 5:00.

Advance polls will be held on Monday, Nov. 5 and Tuesday, Nov. 6 from 6:00 - 9:00pm.
