Y virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature,

at the suit of Thomas Essory, against the estate of Joseph Crabbe, deceased. I have taken and seized as the property of the said Joseph Crabbe, All the right, title and Freehold in- terest of the said Joseph Crabbe, in and to Town Lot No. 5, in the 4th hundred of Town Lots in Charlottetown; A of Town Lot No. 6, in the 4th hundred of Town Lotsin Charlottetown ; half of Town Lot No. 30, in the 4th hundred of Town Lots in Charlottetown. with all the buildings thereon erected; and Pasture Lot No. 249, in the Royalty of Charlottetown, in Queen’s County, and I do hereby give public notice, that I willon Friday, the 3rd day of August, 1866, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell at public auction the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £279 95. 7d. with interest on £270, part thereof, from the 7th day of May, 1863, until paid, besides Sheriff ’5 fees and

Y virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of James Yeo against Alexander McDonald, 1 have taken and seized the property of the said Alexander McDonald, All the right, title and freehold interest of the said Alexander McDonald, in and to 50 acres of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, at present in the occupa- tion of the said Alexander McDonald, situate on Lot or Township No. 14, in Prince County; and I do hereby give public notice, thatI will, on the second day of May, 1867, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in St. Eleanor’s, in the said County, set up and sell, at public auction, the said pro- perty, or as much thereof as wil satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £103 17s., with lawful interest on £50, part thereof, from 16th day of April,1865, until paid, and on £50, a further part thereof. from 16th April, 1866, until paid, besides Sheriff ’5 fees and incidental expenses.
