An Explanation Wanted

Srr.—As some dissatisfaction exists in connection with the awarding of prizes for high general standing in Prince of Wales Colleee last term, it might be well to know on what “high general standing” that those who made the highest aggregate of marks, and who naturally expected a recognition of cheir work, ¥ understand why they were
