Mr. Albert Curran, who does all tie threshing of grain in this place, is just about to wind up a very successful sea- son’s work. We have had various per- sons to do our threshing in former years, but none who gave the satisfaction of Mr. Curran. ~ All the dairy patrons of this part who send their milk to New Perth factory, are very anxious to have Mr.M Power draw the milk this summer, Mr. Power did the work last year, and he did it well, giving entire satisfaction. Z

It is reported that Mr. Maurice Walsh intends going to Charlottetown to live io future. We hope this is only report, as we would miss Maurice very much.

The eighteenth annual report shows a marked increese in the company’s gross income and its assets, while a great volume of new business, representing $2,497,900 in insurance, was traneacted.
