Lot 49. in Queen’s County. in Prince Edward Island. farmer. deceased, and all his former right, title and in- terest therein. under the provisions of the Act of the General Assembly of' the said Island. passed in the 24th year of" the reign of Her Majesty Queen Victoria, intitu- led “ An Act in amendment of, and in addition to the acts relating to judgments entered of Record in the Supreme Court of Judicature,” upon a certain judgment entered of Record in the said Court. in a cause wherein Thomas Bolton is Plaintiff and the said ’I‘heOphilus \Vood, Defendant. Whereas application hath been made to this Court on the part of the above named Plaintiff. Thomas Bolton . stating that the sums of ninety~five pounds. nine shillings and nine-pence cur- rency. debt. and three pounds. costs, together with in- terest on the said sum of ninety-five pounds, nine shill- ings and nine-pence, currency. from the 3rd day of July. in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty-eight (1848). are due and owing to him on,and secured by acertain judgment entered of Record at hts suit against the said 'l‘heophilus \Vood. in or about Trinity Term, A. D. 1848, for the sum of one hundred and ht‘ty-uine pounds, three shillings, debt. end the said sum of three pounds. costs of suit, and execution on such judgment hath been moved for on behalf of the said Thomas Bolton. It is ordered that unless all. or some of the persons interested in the lands formerly be- longing to the said TheOphilus Wood, deceased. shall, on the twenty-first day of July next, at Georgetown, come forward and show cause why execution should not be issued upon the aforesaid judgment, as prayed for, then execution will be issued again-st the lands. tene- ments, and hereditaments of the said Theophilus Wood. deceased. in pursuance of the Act of the General As- sembly of Prince Edward Island, passed in the 24th year of the reign of Her present Majesty. intituled ‘° An Act in amendment of. and 'in addition to the acts relat- ing to judgments entered of Record in the Supreme Court of J udicature.”

and belly. with tops otl‘ the horns, has been on

the subscribers premises for the past three weeks. She

calved about a week ago. The owner is requested to

come and take the said cow and calf away and pay ex-

penses, otherwise they will be sold according to law, on Vednesday, the l4th of October next.
