Reports On Guide Camps Heard At Council Meeting

Members of the P.E.I. Council, |Girl Guides of Canada, met ~at Red Cross Headquarters on Thursday, Sept. 9. Mrs. G.M. Avard, provincial commissioner welcomed members back, after the summer months.

Mary Donahoe, a Queen's Diy- j\ision representative who recent- ly returned from Ottawa, gave a vivid and interesting report of the Trainer’s Conference there. Under the leadership of Dr. Alan Thomas, Toronto, director of the Canadian Association for ‘Adult Education, delegates discussed leadership and its relation -to guiding. Dr. Thomas urged that we think of ourselves, not as an
