Glad to hear, via Eric John- son, that Don Davis, in the RCMP in Summerside about a decade ago and our co-proprie- tor af the old Crystal rink one year, still remembers us. Eric is high in praise of Newfound- land hospitality after his trip to Gander to attend the curling bonspiel and social there. We touched down at Gan- der just once, coming home from a baseball visit to Harmon Field. (That was the time Saint Pierre pitched the no-hitter against Harmon Field team). As we remember it, Gander was & sma}l centre then, but the air terminal was really a many
