Unless cause be shown to the contrary on Saturday, the fifth day of March next. at eleven o’clock, a. m., in the Court House. in Charlottetown. the above named James R. \Visner will be discharged, under and by virtue of the Unfortunate Debtors‘ Act, from all debts contracted by him prior to his application for the benefit of the said Act.

Coroners, High and Petit Constables and Bailiil's. will take notice, and laying aside all manner of business and excuses whatsoever, be then and there to do and fulfil all those things which, by reason of their several offices shall be to be done.
