Mrs. Lavine E. Crabbe, B6, a resi- dt-ut of Chico for over 50 yearsauid of Butte Couwy for 60 years died Thursday night at her home on Chestnut Street after an illness of eetveral years. .

Mrs. Crabbe was bum on Prince Eduard Island. Canada. where she lived zmd was married to the late William Crabbe at the age of l7. Mr. Crabbe was a mining engineer and they came from Canada. to Magalia in 1886, and then moved to Chico a fciv yearn later. Mr. Crabbe lifNEdCd his ivifo in death in i918.

Mrs. Crabbe has lived at the home whore she passed away. 924.
