Sin-Last night I had a dream. I dreamt that. 1 had been appoint- cd accountant for a provincial government.

The Premier came along and said “I hope you will like your Job. There is one thing about. the ac-

Not a very good show- ing, can you make it look better?" 1 said, "I think so, Mr. Premier. Go to the debenture office and take out debentures to the amount of $90,000,000, that of course will put the debt up to $100,000,000. “Put those debentures in the sinking Fund, then the debit in the sinking Fund will be increased by that amount or up to $92,000,000 that ls 92 per cent. of the debt of $100,000,000. That ls 92 per :en-' instead of 20 per cent."
