Y virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me directed,

issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of William Sanderson against William Penny, I have taken and seized as the property of the said William Penny, All his right, title'and freehold interest in and to 100 acres of Land, a little more or less, with the Buildings and Appurtenances thereuto belonging, situate on Township No. 35, bounded on the North by the Road leading from Head of St. Peter’s Bay to Cardigan, on the East by land in the possession of Michael Herring, and on the West by land in the possession of John McDonald, Roderick’s son, in King’s County; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on Monday, the 19th day, of August next, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, at the Old Court House in Georgetown, set up and sell at Public Auction, the above recited property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being for the sum of £10 33 4d, debt and costs, with interest on. on £7 103 from 16th April, A. I). 1866, until paid, together with 16s 8d for said writ, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.
