Notice is hereby given, that on application of William Dooglass, of Charlottetown, in the County of Queen’s, in Prince Edward Island, made to His Honor the Com- missioner in Insolvency, pursuant to " 'I‘he Unfortunate Debtors" Act. 1868,” I do. by his Ilonor's directions, hereby appoint Saturday, the twelfth day of February next, at the Court llouse, in Charlottetown, at eleVen o'clock in the forenoon, as the time and place for meet- ing of the creditors of the said William Douglass, {or the purpose of examining into the state. of his utlfairs. and considering the terms of a compromise to be olfcred by him under the said Act.
