Y virtue of a Writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at

the suit of James Lyle against Robert Stewart Irving. I have taken and seized, as the roperty of' the said Robert Stewart Irving, All the Right, Title, and Leasehold Interest of the said

Robert Stewart Irving, in and to 68 acres of Land, part of.

Township No. 67, bounded as follows, that is to say: com- mencing at a Stake fixed on the North East Side of the Road leading to Princetown, and at the South East Boundary of James Biggar’s farm ; thence running North 45 degrees East for the distance of 37 chains, 46 links, or until it strikes the Western Boundary of Township No. 21; thence following said Boundary 5'3 chains and 60 links, until it strikes the aforesaid Road; and thence following the said Road Northwestwardly to the place of commencement—containing, by estimation, 68 acres of Land, at little more or less, with the Buildings and Appurtenances thereon, in Queen’s County ; and I do hereby give Public Notice, that I will, on the Twenty-Eilth day of April, 1867, at Twelve o‘clock, noon. at the Court House, in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said Property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said Writ, being One Hundred and Twelve Pounds Sixteen Shillings and Eight Pence, with interest on One Hundred Pounds, part thereof, from 26th November, 1865, besides Sheriff's fees and incidental expenses.

Y virtue of a Writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Courtof‘ Judicature, at the suit of Edward Gay against Samuel R. Lane, I have taken and seized, as the property of the said Samuel R. Lane, All the Right, Title and Leasehold Interest of the said Samuel R. Lane, in and to one hundred acres of Land, little more or less, with the buildings and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate on Lot or Township number forty-nine, in Queens County, and I do hereby give Public Notice, that I will, on MONDAY, the twenty-eight day of OCTOBER, 1867, at Twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in Charlottetown. in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction the said PrOperty, or as much thereof as will satisfy the Levy marked on the said writ, being two hundred pounds debt and costs, together with 16s. 8d. for this writ, besides Sheriff’s feceand incidental expenses. BY virtue of two several Writs of Statute Execution, to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature. at the suitof James Bourke, against Joseph Kellow. [have taken and seized as the property of the said Joseph Kellow. All his right. title and freehold interest, in and to one-fourth of Town Lot No. 9, Second Range, Letter F, in Georgetown, fronting on the Western side of Kent Street 30 feet, and extending back 84 feet. a little more or less, with the building thereon erected ; and I do hereby give Public Notice, that I will, on the 12th day of APRIL, 1867, at the Court House in Georgetown, at 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell at Public Auction, the above recited property.or as much thereof as will satisfy the amount of' levy marked on the two said several Writs. I have taken and seized as the property of the said Joseph Crabbe, All the right, title and Freehold in- terest of the said JoScph Crabbe, in and to Town LotNo. 5, in the 4th hundred of Town Lots in Charlottetown; i of Town Lot No. 6, in the 4th hundred of Town Lots in Charlottetown ; half of Town Lot No. 30, in the 4th hundred of Town Lots in Charlottetown. with all the buildings thereon erected; and. Pasture Lot No. 249, in the Royalty of Charlottetown, in Queen’s County, and I do hereby give public notice, that 1 will on Friday, the 3rd day of August, 1866, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell at public auction the said property, or asniuch thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £279 95. 7d. with interest on £276, part thereof, from the 7th day of May, 1863, until paid, besides Sheriff‘s fees and incidental expenses.
