Introducing a New and Improved Cadre

you may have noticed a num- ber of changes to the Cadre. There have recently been sev- eral issues regarding the paper dealt with by the Student Union. On January 23, the Executive committee of the student council made the deci- sion to pull the January 19th issue because of concerns with offensive material that was deemed inappropriate and out- side the paper's mandate.
