Answers Questions On New Postal Rates
OTTAWA. (GP)-Canadians will pay an extra two cents starting April 1 for mail returned to them by the dead letter branch of the Post Office.
Postmaster-General Cote told the Commons Thursday the charge for the service will be increased to live from three cents. He.was re- plying to a question by Stanley Knowles (CC! - Winnipeg North Centre).
The present three-cent charge is mposcd when a letter which does not bear the sender's address is ient to me dead letter office. apened and returned to the sender. The increase does not apply Mr. Cote said. to letters bearing a re- turn address which are returned to the sender.

Belle. as she was better known, was born at Port. Hill, P.E.l., July. 1884, and was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. A. Montgomery of Port Hill. Until the death of her husband. George Hickey. she lived in Worcester. Mass. and was a staunch member and a diligent worker of the Presbyterian Churcii.
Three years ago she moved to New Haven with her son. Norman and family. But she made a year- ly visit to her old home in Port Hill.
