DERBY. England, Dec. 28 - (CP) — Norman A. Ramsell was granted a nullity decree by a div- orce court after hearing evidence that his Canadian bride. Gertrude Amelia Ramsell, nee Quinn, of Charlottetown, disliked England and refused to cOnsummnta the marriage.

Santa Balls Early At The Sanatorium
There was great excitement at the Provincial Sanatoriu-m lest Friday night when Santa Claus visited the twenty-four children' who are patients there. The visit had to be made early this year be- cause so many of the children are going to spend Christmas st their homes.
When Santa arrvied at the san- atorium with his bags of, gifts he found the children almost all gs- thered in the gaily decorated re- ception room which was complete with a beautiful Christmas tree and all the fixings. Santa was

MRS. AMOS R. GOR-RILL
Mrs. Amos R. Gorrill of Glen- wood, formerly Helen Dunbar of Alma, passed away st her home on December ll, l947_,_,in her 70th year. She had been in falling health for several months, but death came suddenly at. the end. In the community vrhere she had lived for over fifty years and had taken an interest in all its activities. she will be greatly missed, but more especially in her home which she loved. She will be remcbered by her family as a loving and wise mother. And by her neighbours as a generous and sympathetic friend.
She was a member of Spring- flelcl Baptist Church, the Wom- an's Missionsry Qofiifltl‘. Md l! honorary president of Dunblane Women's Institute.
