Also all the Right, title and interest of John McAulay, in and to 60 acres-of Land, a little more or less, situate on Township Number 53, with the Buildings and appurtenances thereon. HEREAS, a Commission has been issued, directed

to us, under and by virtue of an Act passed in the Fourteenth- year of the reign of her present Majesty, Queen Victoria, intituled; “An Act to regulate the laying out, and altering of Highways, and of the Acts in amendment thereof,” whereby we are commanded to‘ enquire what damage, or advantage, will accrue to those persons who are interested in the land through which a certain new road is intended to be made, leading from the south-east corner of Mr. Thomas Gardiner’s farm. 0n the South Shore Road, Lot No. 26’, towards Hurd’s Point Wharf. Now, we hereby give Public Notice to all parties, that we will commence the execution of said Cemmission, by attending: at the south-east corner of- Mr. Thomas Gardiner’s farm, on the South Shore Road, Lot 26, on the twenty-eighth day of July next, at the hour of eleven o’clock, in the forcnoon of the same day and from thence We will proceed along the said new line of road, and complete the inquest according to law.
