THERE will be a meeting on Wed. Oct. ‘5 at 5:00 on the 2rd floor of the Barn. The dates for fallfest are Oct. 26-30. It includes A days of activities designed to let students let off a little steam in the middle of the semester. With your support it can be very successful. Everyone is welcome.

MATURE) AND PART TIME UNIVERSITY STUDENTS MEET

MAPUS (Mature and Part-time University Students) held its first monthly meeting of the 1983-N year on Monday, September 19th. Thirteen students attended,_ and the Extension Department was

represented by Betsy Epperly and Anna Sawicki

The group discussed library' hours, evening courses, the lack of cyclic programming,w and the possibility that the Student

Union is thinking of charging part—time students a Union fee. The meeting expressed strong concern that Olive Bryanton negotiate with the Student Union about ‘the proposed

partstime Student Union fee. Students present approved a working executive: President - Olive Bryanton Vice-president ~ Gail Cormier Secretary - Serge Valade

The next meeting will be on Monday, Gotober 2Nth, in the Main Building Faculty Lounge at 7:00 p.m. ALL WELCOME!
