Are you aware that you are supposed to be repre- sented on Council & Senate? Remember at the first of the semester we voted for our representatives? Upon election, these reps were

"supposed" to attend to their responsibilities as elected members which in— cluded attending.§ll coun- cil meeting to express yo- ur views and expectations.

The following is a list of your council and senate

Ask your representatives ‘what went on at the last council meeting-» even at the second last meeting. What about the general me- eting? Chances are, they will not know since their absenteeism has been quite prevalent throughout the term.

Murder—On campus

Aristotle believed man to be a rational animal. Ern- est Casserier has called man"animal symbolism". But were either of these men familiar with only the so- puS'they would, I venture to say, formulate a dictum something like William Ba- rrett's "irrational man". Nowhere but on this campus has it appeared to be more selfedefeating to uphold two of the more 'noble' i views listed above. At ev- ery moment they are being negated. This, of course, is not to say that the.st— udents at the.University of Prince Edward Island are any less intelligent or any more intelligent ' than_those of other univ- ersities.
