Nervous Disorders.

What is more fearful than a breaking down of

the nervous system? ‘To be excitable or nervous in a small degree is most distressing, for where can a remedy be found? Here is one :—Drink but little wine, beer, or spirits, or far better, abstain from them altogether; do not take coffee — weak tea is preferable ; get all the fresh air you can; take three or four of the Pills everv night; eat plenty of solids, and avoid the use of slops. these golden rules are followed, you will be happy in mind,strong in body, and forget you have any nerves.
