This year the So- cial Committee played a most active part in the university com- munity. The committee became active immed: iately after returning to Campus in Sept.

The success of our activities varied as we found crowds to be very unpredictable.In the first semester we held several dances with bands from Hali— fax, New Glasgow, and' St. John. But wtih col- lege studenys' atten- dance so poor we had to severely reduce our dances in the second semester.
