She threw out a chal- lenge to present members to re- new their eflorts to make Canada a better country in which to live and to help all we can to restore the war-torn countries of Europe. She paid a. fitting tribute iu the memory of our esteemed Hon. Re- gent, the late Mrs. J.A. Mathieson. who during her oflice as Regent of the Chapter for ten years, did so much for its development.
