SHERIFF’S SALES.

BY virtue of two several Writs of Statute Execution, to

me directed, issued out of Iler Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of James Bourke, against Joseph Kellow, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Joseph Kellow, All his right.title and freehold interest, in and to one-fourth of Town Lot No. 9, Second Range, Letter F, in Georgetown, fronting on the Western side of Kent Street 30 feet, and extending back 84 feet, a little more or less, with the building thereon erected; and I do hereby give Public Notice, that I will, on the 12th day of APRIL, 1867, at the Court House in Georgetown, at 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell at Public Auction, the above recited property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the amount of levy marked on the two said several Writs. One Execution being for the sum of £80 88. 0d., with interest on £60, part thereof from the 30th day of March, 1865, until paid, besides 16s. 8d. for said Writ, Sheriff's tees and incidental expenses; the other Execution for the sum of £39 5s. 2d, with interest on £33, part thereof from the 30th day of MARCH, 1865, until paid, besides 163. 8d. for Writ, Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.

BY virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias, to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Daniel Brenan, against Francis X. DeLangie, I have taken and seized, as the property of the said Francis X. DeLangie, All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said Francis X. DeLangie, in and to 24 acres of Land, with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate on Lot or Township No. ‘27, in Prince County; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on the 2d day of March, 1867, at: 12 o’clock. noon, at the Court House in St. Eleanor’s, in the said County, set up and sell at Public Auction, the said pro- perty, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £283 10s 3d, debt and costs, and 16s 8d for said writ, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.

Beer, and Lemuel Lowdy Beer, against John Noble, an absent debtor, I have taken and seized as the pro- perty of the said John Noble, an absent debtor, All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said John Noble, in and to 44 acres of Land, with the buildings thereon. situate on Lot or Township Number Thirty-two (32), and bounded as follows, viz.: commencing at a stake fixed on the West side of a road leading from 'l‘ryon to Charlottetown, being the North-east boundary-stake ofa tract of Land leased to John Caldron, and from thence by a line running north, seventy-three degrees and thirty minutes west, the distance of eighty-seven chains and seventy-five links, to the lelSlOll has of Lots 'I‘hirtv-’I‘wo and 'l'hirty-one; thence North, in said line, five. chains and thirteen links; thence South, seventy-three degrees and thirty minutes cast, to the said line of road; thence south-westward- ly along said road, to the stake or place of beginning, in Queen‘s County, and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on SATUR- DAY, the lilth day oprril, 1867, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell at public auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £99 63. 3d., besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.
