The address. which is approxi- mately eighteen by twenty-four inches in size. is on a. white back- ground and is in full colour. At the top is the Seal of the City. and at the bottom. Princess Eliza- beth's Coat of Arms. Joining these is a leaf and flower design, entirely original, which forms a most suitable frame for the old English lettering of the text.

Capital letters throughout are illuminated in gold and vivid colours. and the address is sign- ed by lhe Acting Mayor and the City Clerk.
