Her Majesty's Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Robert Rennie, Administrator, with exeinplitication of the Will ‘ annexed of all and singular the goods, chattels and credits, which were of David Stuard Rennie, deceased, at the time of his death. against Lazar Martin, 1 have taken and seized as the propertv ol' the said Lazar Martin, All his Estate, right title and leasehold interest, in and to all that tract, piece or parcel of land, situite on Lot or Township No. 23, in Queen 8 County, in the said Island, and bounded as follows, viz :—commencing on the Eastern side of Ronnie‘s Road, at a stake ﬁxed in the North-west corner of land leased to John Bertram. running thence East to the lluuter liiver, thence along the lliver to attain a breadth, due North and South, of six chains and eighteen links, thence West to the aforesy'd Road, and from thence along said Road to the place of commence- ment, containing by estimation, Forty-six (46) acres, be the same little more or less; and I do hereby give public notice, that 1 will, on Tuesday, the 27th day .ot February, 1866, at 12 o‘clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, set up and sell the said pro- perty,‘ or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £27 108, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental ex- penses. at the angle of Roads leading to Mill Vale and Fyt‘e’s Ferry, thence along the Road leading to Fyfe's Ferry, (according to the Magne- tic North of the year 1764) North, Thirtyeight degrees West, Twenty-nine chains and ninety links, or until it meets Firman Pino‘s land, thence South, Fifty-two degrees West, nine chains and eighty links, or until it meets Mathew Redinond’s land, thence South, Thirty-eight degrees East, until it meets the said read, thence along the same. John Aldous, Commissioner of Public Lands, against Patrick Green, of St. Patrick's Parish, I have taken and seized, as the property of the said Patrick Green, All his right, title, and interest in and to 72 acres of Land, a little more or less, situate on Township No. 40, in King’s County, With the appurtenances thereon ; and 1 do hereby give public notice that I will, on the 14th day of December next, at the Court House, in Georgetown, at the hour 0.12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell the above recited property, to satisfy the Levy marked on the said Precept, being £20 178. 3d., besides Sherith lees and incidental expenses.

First, Commencing on the Western side of the New Glas ow Road. at the North east corner of George Smith‘s, tl once a oiig George Smith's boundary to the Hunter ltiver, thence Northwardly along the liiver, a. sutiieient distance to give a Width, at right angles from said side line, of seven chains, thence North, lilti- eight degrees thirty minutes, East to the New Glasgow ltoad, thence alon r the ltoad to the place of commencement, having a width on frbant of seven chains, containing by estimation, thirty- eight (36) acres, be the same. little more or less.

Second, commencing on the Western side of New Glasgow Road, at a stake ﬁxed at the North-east corner of Henry Ball's land,run- iiing thence along Henry Ball’s northern boundary to the Hunter ltiver, thence Northwardly along the course of the River, a suf- ﬁcient distance to give a width, at right angles from said sideline, of eight chains. thence North ﬁfty-eight degrees thirty minutes East, to the New Glasgow Road; thence along the Road eight chains to the place of commencement, containing by estimation Thirty-six (36) acres, be the same little more or less.

Third, one moiety or half part of the fdllowing tract. that is to say, commencing at a stake ﬁxed on the Eastern side of the road leading from Charlottetown to New Glasgow, at the boundary of land formerly occupied by William llill,and extending Southward- ly along said read, eleven cliains,aud going back by parallel lines, North, sixty-four degrees, east, until it reaches the division line of the said Township, containing by estimation, Sixty-one (61) acres, be the same a little more or less. And I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on Tuesday the 27th day of February, 1866, at l2 o’clock, noon, at the Couit House, in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell at public auction, the said pro- perty, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being 1.85 6s 4d. besides Sheriti’s fees and incidental ex- penses.
