(adjoin- ing the farm ofArchd. McFadyn,) with a dwelling house, barn and saw mill erected thereon. and I do hereby give Public Notice that I win, on Monday, the Ninth day of December next. at 12 o’clock, who, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell by Public Auction the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £30 Os 0d, with interest on £26 (ls 0d, from the 22nd January last past, besides Sheriff's fees and all incidental expenses. Y virtue of a writof Statute Execution, to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judica- ture, at the suit of Daniel Brenan against Bartholomew Pol lard, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Bar- tholomew Pollard, all the Right, Title and Freehold Interest of the said Bartholomew Pollard, in and to all that tract, piece or parcel of Land, situate, lying and being in Charlotte» town, bounded as follows, that is to say : commencing at the south-east angle of’I‘own Lot No. 221 on the north-side of Water street, thence by a line running at a right angle with the said street northwardly for the distance of 80 feet, thence by a line parallel to the said street north-eastwardly for the distance of 42 feet, thence by a right angle line south-eastward- ly for the distance of 80 feet to the said street, thence follow- ing the conrse of the said street sooth-westwardly 42 feet to the place of commencement. being one-fourth part of Town Lot No, 2-1 in the first hundred of Town Lots in the said town, in Queen’s County, together with the buildings and appurten- ances thereunto belonging m Queen’s County ; and i do hereby give public notice that] will. on Tuesday, the twelfth day (if November. 1867, at twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell at pub— lic auction the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being seventy-seven pounds twelve shillings and four pence, together with interest on seventy-one pounds fifteen shillings and right pence, (£71 154. 8d.) part thereof, from the 27th day of March, 1866, until paid ; also, £5 3s. 0d. cost, besides Sheriff's fees and inciden- tel expenses.
