SHERIFF’S PROCLAMATION. Supreme Court, King’s County—March Term.

UBLIC notice is hereby given. that Her Majesty’s Supreme P Court of Judicature, and Court of Assize and General Jail Delivery for King‘s County, will be held at the Court House, in Georgetown, on Tuesday, the 14th day of March next, at the hour of 10 o’clock, forenoon, of the same day, of which all Justices. Coroners, High and Petty Constables and Bailil’fs, will take notice, and laying aside all manner of business and excuses whatsoever, be then and there to do and fulﬁl those things which by reason of their several oﬂices shall be to be done.

of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Charles Palmer, against llugh Fraser and James Currie, I have taken and seized as the preperty of the said defendants, all the right, title and leasehold interest of the said James Currie, in and to one hundred and seventy acres of land. situate on Township No. 22. in Queen’s County; also all the right, title and leasehold interest of the said Hugh Fraser, in and to ﬁfty-two acres of Land, situate on Township No. 21, in the said County; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on Thursday, the 23rd day of March, 1t 65. at the Court House in Charlottetown, at the hour of 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell the above recited properties, or a much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £55 33. 8d., with interest on £42 from the ‘ 7th February, 1864, till paid, besides SheritI’s tees and incidental expenses.
