COUNCIL OFFICE. 6th May, 1869. IS Honor the Administrator in Council has been pleased to make the following appointments, viz :—

Mr. John McDonald, to be an Inspector of Fish for Grand River, Township Number Fifty-six, in terms of the Act 22nd Victoria, cap. 3.

Mr. Archibald McDonald, to be Assayer of' Weights and Measures for Grand River, Township Number Fifty-six, in terms of the Act of 19th Victoria, cap. 8.

Mr. John Hyde, to be Wharﬂnger for the wharf at Murray llarbor. (South) in the place of Mr. John Hyde, senior, deceased.

His Honor the Administrator in Council has been

pleased to establish a Court for the recovery of Small Debts at Dundas, Township Number Fifty-ﬁve;——under and by virtue of an Act passed in the late Session of the General Assembly, intituled “An Act to authorize the establishment of additional Small Debt Courts in Prince and King’s Counties,—-and to appoint Richard W. Morson. Ronald McCormack and George Robertson,

Mr. John Clay, to be Superintendent of Public \Vorks for Prince County;

Mr. Thomas Clay, to be Superintendent of Public \Vorks for King’s County;——under and by virtue of an Act passed in the late Session of the General Assembly, intituled “ An Act to provide for the appointment of a Board for the general supervision of the Public Works
