Total city vote for Governor : Connell, 45,010 ; Robinson, 58,548; Kelly, 42,136. Lieut.-Governor: Geo. G. Hoskins (Re- publican), 49,661; Clarkson N. Potter (Democrat), 95,593. Of the Aldermen elect- ed 9 were ‘{'ammany, 7 anti-Tammany, and 6 Republican.
The Times claims the Republican vic ory to be complete. Cernel! is elected by 40,- 09090 votes and the entire Republican siate ticket is elected. The Republicans elect 24 Senators, 85 Assemblyinen. Republican majority on joint ballot wiil be 58.
In New Jersey, the Republicans have again carried the day.
Returns frem Wisconsin show Repub- lican gains. A Republican Governor has been chosen.
In Connecticut, alse, the, Republicans won. ;
The Democrats carried Mississippi.
Demecratice successes are reported from Maryland. .

The Democrats elected the Sheriff by 250 majority; Republicans elected the Treasurer by 200 majority. Remainder of the ticket doubtful. The Democrats re- elected their County Commissioners by a large majority.
Curcaao, Nov. 5. The city complete, except three precincts, gives Johnsoh 20,254; Gueirn 15,685. Johnson’s majority in the entire county is ever 7,000. The Socialists polled abcut 4,500 in the city, a large falling off. The entire Republican ticket elected by about
