"I wouldn't say that this method was the best way to do things." said the Premier who stated that as a second class teacher he re ceived "the magnificent salary of S482" and later as a first class teacher, 0000 per year. Christian stewardship was the theme of the March meeting of Alberton W.M.S. Auxiliary held at the United Church parsonage yest terday afternoon.

The worship was led by Mrs. Charles Johnston and a series of questions and answers in connec- tlon with Christian stewardship was presented by the departmenatal secretary. Mrs. William Aubrey. who alsoled in prayer. Later in the meeting an impressive candle lighting service in connection with the theme was conducted by Mrs. Aubrey assisted by Mrs. C. H. Weeks.
