I I ty’s subjects in this Island owe to ‘Almighty God for the manifold blessings which they have received at his hands, and especially for the preservation from pestilence; for the abundant harvest, and the continuance of peace with which he has blesse them during the present year—

I have thought fit, by the advice of the Executive Council, to appoint, and I do hereby appoint THURSDAY, the Sixth day ofDECEMBBR next coming, as a day of GENERAL THANKSGIVING to Almighty God for those His mercies: And I do earnestly exhort all Her Majesty’s loving subjects in this Island to observe, reverently and devoutly, the said day of Thanksgiving.

Given under my hand and the Great Seal of this Island, at Char- lottetown, in the said Island, this Twentieth day of Novem- ber, in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and sixty.six, and in the Thirtieth year of Her Majesty’s reign.

Y virtue ofa writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of J udica— ture, at the suit of Daniel llodgson against Malcolm McKinnon, I have taken and seized as the propertymf the said Malcolm M‘Kin- non, all the right, title and freehold interest of the said Malcolm McKinnon, in and to one acre of land, a little more or less,with the buildings and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate on the Princetown Read, Towuship Number 33, in Queen’s County, and I do hereby give public notice, that I will,on the 17th day of December 1866, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the said County, Set up and sell at public auction, the said pro- perty, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £18 163 8d, and 16s 8d for this writ, with interest from the 23d December, 1863, until paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and

THE Sale of all the right, title and leasehold Interest of John McAleer, in and to to acres of Land, little mure or less.herein- after described, and heretofore levied on, at the suit of John Mac- Donald, by virtue of an alias Fi. Fa. Execution, issued out of the Supreme Court of Judicature, and heretofore advertised to be sold, , and several times postponed, will take place at the Court House in Queen’s County, on Tuesday, the 3d day of April next, at the hour of l2 o'clock, noon,—said land deseribed as lollows: commencing on the east side of the Monaghan Road, at the north-west angle or corner of John McAtee’s farm; from thence east 100 chains to the western boundary of Township No. 37,tl1cnce north 8 chains, thence west 100 chains to the Monaghan lioad,and thence south on said read 8 chains to the place of commencement, containing by estimation, 80 acres, and is part of Township No.66, in Queen’s County,—amount of levy £55 115 3d, besides Sheriffs fees and in- cidental expenses.

THE Sale of all the right, title and leasehold interest of John Trainer, in and to 80 acres of land, little more or less,herein- after described, and heretofore levied on, at the suit of John Mac- Donald, by virtue of an Alias Fi. Fa. Execution, issued out of the Supreme Court of Judicature, and heretofore advertised to be sold, and several times postponed, will take placo at the .Court House in Queen’s County, on Tuesday, the 3d day of April next, at. the hour ofl2 o’clock, noon, ésaid land is described as follows:— commencing on the west side of the Monaghan Road at the south-1, east corner of land formerly in possession of James Finnigan,thence west 100 chains, thence south 8 chains, thence east to the road; and thence north to the place of commencement, containing by estimation 80 acres, and is part of Lot or Township No. 36, in Queen’s County,—amount of levy £67 15s 7d, together with inter- est, Sherifi’s fees and incidental expenses.

Y virtue of a writ of Alias Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of J udica— ture, at the suit of Hugh Montgomery, Jesse Wright, and Alexander Craig, Executors of \Villiam Craig, deceased, against the Lands of Barney McMahon, now deceased, I have taken and seized, as the property of the said late deceased Barney McMahon, All his right, title, and interest in and to one hundred acres of Land, situate on the East side of the Road leading from Anderson’s Road to the Tryon Road, and do Township No. Twenty-seven, in Prince County; and I do hereby give notice that I will set up and sell, by Public Auction, at the Court llouse, in St. Eleanor’s, on Tuesday, v the Twenty-fourth day of November, 1868, at 12 o’clock, noon, the said prepcrty, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £44 168. 9d... with interest on £32 2s., part thereof, from the first of Novem- ber, 1860, until paid, and 16s. 8d. for this writ, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.
