As an abstract question, the circumstance of the payment of rent by Mr. Cooper may by some he considered as a public measure; but setting that consideration aside, we would advise Mr. Coo- per, since all his motions are so well watched, when he has any private business to transact, to be more regardful as to the time and place wherein it may be transacted, unless he is prepared to have itmade the subject of Newspaper animadversion.
