The year just ended has seen the Guide movement in our prov- ince progress in a most satisfact- ory manner. The reports you have heard have shown the work the Commissioners in each different department have been doing and how each one has tried unceasing- ly to provide the most that is available to our Brownies and Guides in this broad program. There have been no officlal'visit- ors to Prince Edward Island this past year. but a number of our Guiders” and Commissioners had the opportunity of meeting the
