Mr. Leo J. Murphy bas returoed from a trip to Tignish. During last season Mr. Murphy was manager of the Chcese Factory at that place, and we ltlieve is engaged for next year. He reports things booming aud that the spring trade will undoubtedly be good.

Mr, Alexander J Ste le has returned from Rustico, where he epent a pleaeant weck among his many acquaintances io that place. He expects to be in the employ ashe has been in the past, of Pino Bros, during the next seaton, as head cracker for that ficm.

The good work which is being done by Stanley, Division, No. 144, cannot be over~ estimated. The membership is large aod increasing. The meetings are well attended and good progranimes are ren dered which ald materiaily to the enjoy ment of the members.
