EALED TENDERS will be received at the Office of the Super- intendent of Public Works, until 12 o’clock, noon, on SATUR- DAY, the 2nd day of SEPTEMBER next, tor the erection of a DREAKWATER at the Wool) ISLANDS, to be completed by the 1st day of September, 1866. agreeably to a Plan and Specification to be seen at the Superintendent‘s Office in Charlottetown.

The signatures of two good and sufficient men willing to become bound for the faithful performance of the Contract will be required to accompany each Tender.

I have, therefore, thought fit, by and with the advice of Her Majesty’s Executive Council of this Island, to issue this Proclama— tion, hereby requiring and Commanding all Officers, Civil and Military, in this Government. to Continue in the regular and due execution of the Duties and Powers of their respective Offices.

And I do further require and command all and singular Her Majesty's Officers, Ministers, and loving subjects of this Island, and all others whom it may concern, to take due notice hereof, and to give their ready obedience ucCordingly.
