Y virtue of a Writ of Statute Execution. to me di- rected, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court

of Judicature. at the suit of James Arthur, William Arthur, William Wingate and Willian Ogalvie, against Henry Haszard, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Henry Haszard, All the right. title and freehold interest of the said Henry Haszard in and to all and singular the following tracts. pieces and parcels of Land, towo lots or parts of town lots and pasture lots and parts of pasture lots, with the appurtenances. that is to say : 1st. All that certain piece ofland situate at Brighton, in Charlottetown common. bounded on the south by a line parallel with Brighton Road, on the west by plot No. 19. on the north by common Lot No. 3, and on the east by plot No. 17, containing about one acre of land, more or less. 2nd. Also, one moiety of town lot number ninety-one, in the fourth hundred of lots in Charlottetown, situate on the south side of Fitzroy Street. commencing on the north-east corner of a plot of land occupied by one James Crocket, thence by a line running at right angles with the said street s0utli for a distance of 70 feet, thence by right angles east- wardly 42 feet, or to the western line of Cumberland Street, thence at right angles northerly along the said street 70 feet until it meets the southern line of Fitzroy street, thence Westerly to the place of commencement. 3rd. Also, one-quarter of town lot number nineteen, in the second hundred of lots in Charlottetown, at present in the possession of one Patrick Sweeney. fronting on Sydney Street, with the dwelling house and buildings thereOu. 4th. Also, one-fourth part of town lot number fifty, in the first. hundred of town lots in Charlottetown, fronting on Dorchester Street, with the dwelling house and buildings thereon. 5th. Also, parts of town lots numbers forty-eight and forty-nine, in the first hundred oftown lots in Charlottetown aforesaid, having a front of about seventy-one feet on Dorchester Street, and ex- tending back in part eighty feet, at present in the occu- ation of Daniel Griffiths. together with the dwelling £01186 and buildings thereon. 6th. Also, all that certain property known as the Pavilion Hotel and premises. comprising one-third part of town lot number seventy- eight, in the first hundred oftown lots in Charlottetown, having a front of about one hundred and twenty feet on Dorchester Street, and about Fifty-three feet on Great-George Street and at present occupied by the Misses Street. 7th. Also. all that piece of land known as the site of the old Flour-market, comprising one- fourth part of town lot number sixteen, in the second hundred oftown lots in Charlottetown aforesaid, having a front of about forty-four feet on Great-George Street, and eighty-four feet on 'Queen’s Square, and at present unoccupied. 8th. Also, all that piece of land situate at the corner of Sydney and Prince Streets. in Charlotte- town aforesaid, having a front of eighty-six feet on Prince Street. extending back by parallel lines, being one-quarter part of town lot number twenty. in the second hundred of town lots in Charlottetown aforesaid. and adjoining the Bible Christian Church. 9th. Also, all that piece of land, being part of town lot number fifty-three. in the fourth hundred of town lots in Char- lottetown aforesaid. 10m. Also. a. certain tract and parcel of land situateon Township number Forty-nine, in Queen’s County, in the said Island, and fronting on the shore of Hillsborough Bay. containing eighty acres of land, more or less. at present under lease and in pos- session of one Donald McRae. 11th. Also. Fifty acres of freehold land. with the dwelling house and bmldings thereon, situate at Belle Vue, Township number Forty- nine. fronting on the shore of Hillsborough Bay, at present unoccupied. 12th. Also, a certain plot of land, being part of pasture lot number two hundred and forty-eight, in the Royalty of Charlottetown, containing

by estimation two acres two mods and two poles of land, more or less; and I do hereby give Public Notice. that I will. on Tuesday, the Fifth day of October next. (1869) at Twelve o’clock. noon. at the Court House. in Charlottetown. in the said County, set up and sell, at; Public Auction. the said property, or as much thereof as Will satisfy the levy marked on the said Writ, being for the sum of Six hundred and sixty-three pounds three shillings and eight-pence, (£663 3s 8d) with in- terest on Six hundred and sixty-two pounds and ten shillings, (£662 10s) part thereof, from the Twenty-third day of September. 1867, till paid, besides Sheriff’s fees, poundage and all incidental expenses. All the Right, Title and Freehold Interest of the said James McDonald, in and to (100) one hun- dred acres of Land. a little more or less. with the build. ings and appurtenances thereunto belodgiug. bounded on the East by land in the pOSSCSSlOU of Alexander McDonald, on the South by land late in the possession of Ronald McDonald. deceased, on the l\*'est by land in the possession of Donald McDonald, and on the Nerth by the Gulf shore: also Fifty acres of Land, :1. little more or less, bounded on the East by land in the possession of the said Donald McDonald, on the South by land late in the possession of Ronald McDonald, deceased, on the West by land in the possession of Donald Mc. Donald, and on the North by the Gulf shOre, all situated on Township Number forty-seven (47) in King’s County; and I do hereby give Public Notice. that I will, on Wednesday, the twenty-eighth day of April next, (A. D.) one thousand eight hundred and sixty- nine. ([869) at the hour of twelve o’clock. noon, at the Court Honse, in Georgetown, in the said County. set up and sell at public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being for the sum of two hundred and ninety pounds thirteen shillings and nine-pence, with interest on two hundred and fifty-eight pounds, part thereof, from the twentieth day ofMay.
