Many people have asked me if I really enjoy cooking.

Indeed I do. In fact, I oitcll lift-'r pare the meals and when I do.- I cook. always learuI something new - even when the food in the everyday kind.

One evening last week. I cooked braised short ribs of beef. Why not "serve them with mustard sauce? This is what I invented -- and even the Chef approved. .

Mllltard-Onion-Sauce: wit-it 2 ts. butter. Add I medium-chop-' ped peeled onions. la tsp sugar- and I tbs. table-mustard; simmer 5 min Then stir in 1 lbs flniir and Ila c. beef broth drained from the beef.

Frozen shredded hearts also came in for a change. I cookedi them covered for exactly 7 min. in salted water to only I 3 cover: then taste-tested.
