SIIE RIFF’S SALE.
Y virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias to me directed, issued out
of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of William Hamil-ton IIobkirk, against Robert A. Fellowes, I have taken and seized, as the property of the said Robert A. Fellowes, All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said Robert A. Fellewes in and to two hundred and fifty acres of Land. little more or less, with the buildings and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate on Lot or Township Number Thirty-four, in Queen’s Coun- ty; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on the Twenty- seventh day of March, 1867, at twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, in the said County, set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being five hundred and thirty pounds sixteen shillings and eight pence, with interest on five hundred and thirty pounds, part thereof, from the eleventh day of August last until paid, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses. SHERIFF'S SALE. Y virtue ofa writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court Cf Judicature, at the suit of William llamil‘on llobkirk, against the lands. tenements and hereditameuts of John Egan, late of Charlottetown, deceased, I have taken and Seized, as the property of the :ald lite John Egan, deceased, All the right, title and freehold intenst of the said late John Egan, in his lil'ezime, in and to all that tract, piece or pureel of ground and premises, situate in Charlottetown, in Prince Edward Island, being Lot No. )7, as laid down on a Plan of Subdivision of several Town Lots purchased by Charles Hensley. and lodged in the ollice of the Surveyor General of the said Is“ land, having a front of Forty feet on Grafton Lane, and extend- ing back Seventy feet on to the division line of Lois numbers Fit'. teen and Sixteen, and on the south by Lot No. Eighteen, on premises known as Plots Nos. 10 and ll, on the Plan of that portion ofCommon Lot belonging to Francis Longworth, said Plot No. 10 commencing on the south-west side of a new Street called Longworth Street, at a distance of ninety nine feet from the St. Peter’s Road, thence extending southwestwardly along said new Street Forty feet, andlfrom-said two points extending parallel side lines at right angles, fer the distance of Eighty-eight feet, and said Plot No, ll, having a sutiieient front on the St. Peter’s Road to give Forty-six feet on a right angle line, and extending from the St. Peter's Road by parallel side lines, Southeastwardly, the Southeastwardlv side line having Seventy-two feet. and the North- eastern Eighty-Seven feet in length—said two Plots being bound- ed on their several Sides in the manner laid down on said Plan, and agreeably to the foregoing deSr-ription; also, all that other tract of land and premises situate on or forming part of Common‘ Lot No. Thirty-two, within the Royalty of Charlottetown, and described as Plot No. 'l‘welve in a certain» Deed of Conveyance of part of said Common Lot, executed by said Francis LongWorth and. Sarah Parker, his wife, to John Longworth, hearing date the fifth day of July, 1856. and also on the plan annexed to said deed, the said Plot being bounded on the North-westward by the St. Peter’s Road, having a sufficient front thereon to give Forty-two feet on a right angle line, with parallel side lines running South-eastward- ly from said road to the south-western side line, being Eighty- eight feet in .length, and the north-eastern ninety-nine feet, the said north-eastern line following the side line of a new Street re- cently opened from the St. Peter’s Roe-d to Euston Street; and I do hereby give public notice that I will, on Thursday the Twelfth day of July, 1866, at 12 o’cloea, noon, at the Colonial Building, in Charlottetown aforesaid, set up and sell at Public Auction, the said property, as as much thereof- as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being £lll 95. 9d.,and interest on £100 from the .22d day of April last, 1864, until paid, together with 165 8d for this writ, as also Sherifi"s fees and incidental expenses.
