Orrawa, June 13—Mr Fielding brought down what is supposed to be his last batch of supplementary estimates for the fiscal year ending tke last of this month.

It calls for a vote of $2,647,628 of which $1,993,575 is chargeable to current ac~ count and $453,919 to capital. For civil government an additional $21,000 is re

quired and for legislation $23,000. There isa further amount for militia

defence of $274,000 besides $10,000 for accoutrements chargeable to capital.

The capital accountof the Intercolonial is swelled by $35,460 including $20,000 for rolling stock, $4,350 for rest houses at engine stations, $6,000 for machinery and $2000 fora turmtable at Moncton.

Ther? is a vote of $5,300 in aid of Cea- trel Railway of New Brunswick, ackuow- ledged to be du on contract. I would ask why are those men kept on ? Te it not time the force was renovated?
