OMBUDSPERSON: The Ombudsperson shall:

Be elected for a term of one year Endeavour to aid any member of the UPEISU who encounters difficulties with the University and/or the UPEISU Inform students as to what recourse are available for prominent student concerns on campus and publicize these recourse through campus media

Be a non-voting member of council Be entitled to attend any meeting of the UPEISU including

meetings which are ordinarily considered confidential, such as Hiring and Selection, Executive, or special investigatory meetings

Be entitled access to the files, business reports and financial records of the UPEISU

Not assume any other position on campus during office tenure

CLASS EXECUTIVES: SENIOR: Senior class executive shall be responsible for

organizing activities and raising funds for Senior Week of their graduating year.

ALL OTHER CLASS EXECUTIVES: Shall raise money to plan for their

graduating year. Junior class also assists with Senior Week activities.
