I have levied the said writ for the several amounts due thereon, as above stated. and I do hereby give public notice, that 1 will set up and sell at the Court liousc, in Saint Eleanor’s, in Prince County, at public auction, on the 27th day of FEBRUARY next, at the hour of 1:3 o’clock, noon, the following portions of the above recited Township Lands, Viz :—

All that tract, piece or parcel of Land, commencing at a stake set in the north-west angle of one hundred acres of' land, the property of” Arthur and Archibald Ramsay, thence due north to the south-west angle of land in the possession of Hugh McDonald, and from thence two points by two ar- allel lines running south seventy-two degrees, east to and in possession of Donald Morrison, containing an area of" one hundred Acres of‘ hand, a little more orless, and is part of Let er Township No. 8, in County and island aforesaid.

Also. all that piece or parcel of hand, commencing at a stake set for the north-West angle of one hundred acres of land in possession of John Campbell, from thence by a line running cast for the distance often chains, twenty-eight links, thence south,'ninety-sevcn chains and thirty links, or to the south-east angle of said one hundred acres, thence west ten chains and twenty-eight links, thence north to the stake at place of commencement, containing One Hundred Acres of Land, a little more or less, and is part of Lot or Township No. 8. in County and Island aforesaid.

Also, all that piece or parcel of Land. bounded and do- scribcd as follows, that is to say :-——commcncing at a stake set in the south side of the road leading from the Brae River to the Main Western Road, thence from said river running to the north-east, along said read for the distance of ten chains and seventy-ﬁve links, or to a stake set in the south side ofsaid read, from thence running south sixt -onechains,or to the north boundary line of McLean’s Mill 1‘ arm, thence west along said line to said river, thence following down said River to the road at the place of’commcnccmcnt, containing Fifty- seven Acres of Land, a little more or less, and is art of Let er Township N o. l), in County and Island aforesaid.

Also, all that piece or parcel of Land, bounded and de- scribed as follows, that is to say :—-commencing at a stake set in the north side of the road leading from the Brae Settlement to Pierre Jacques, from thence running along the north side of said read such a distance as will make tea

haius West, and from these two last described points run- ning two parallel lines north for the distance of'one hundred chains, etmtainmg an area of ()ne Hundred Acres of' Land, at little more or less, now in the possession of'John McKinnen. and is part of Lot or Township No. 0, in County and island aforesaid. ‘

Also, all that piece or parcel of Land, bounded and des- cribed as follows, that is to say :-—boundcd and fronting on upper Ellis ltiver on the south : on the west by land in pos- session or Alexander Allen and ilugh Uillis ; on the cast 1) land in the ossession of' Michael Malone, and on the norti by the (ilVlHlUil line of Lots numbers Fourteen and Sixteen, and containing an area of One Hundred Acres of Land, more or less, at present in the occupation of Larrisay, and is part of' hot or Township Number Sixteen, in County and Island aforesaid, or as much thereof as will satisf the respective levies marked on the said writ as alorcsai , be- sides Sherifl"s fees am] all incidental expenses.

Also, all that piece or 'iitl‘COl of Land commencin at a stake fixed on Archibald (lillis’ South line, running ﬁience South, sixty chains; thence East twenty-five chains; thence North sixty chains; thence following the said Archibald. Gillis’ said line westwardly to the place of commencement, and is part of Township Number Twenty-six.

SEALED TENDERS will be received at this 011100 until 12 o’clock. noon, on TUESDAY, the 5th day 01‘ MARCH next, from any person or forsons being willing to contract to supply KING’S COUNTY AIL, at Georgetown, from the lat day of MARCH, 1867, to the 3|st day of December, 1867, inclusive, with the following articles, the same to be delivered at the Jail, at the cost of‘ the contractor :—

IIard and Soft Bread. Molasses, Oatmeal and Seal 011.

All these articles are required to be of the best quality. Ton- ders must ex west the price per pound and gallon in the currency of this lslan , and be accompanied by the names of' two cuﬂlcicnt securities for the pcrt‘ormancc‘ of” the contract.

Payment to be made by warrant on the Treasury. express on cover, “ Tender for King’s County Jail."
