This year we'll be having ’opening ceremonies to get our Winter Carnival under- way. It will be held at the Charlottetown Forum with our own 1976 Panther Queen Peggy Shelfoon idrOPPing the puck to start the game be- tween UPEI and U. of Moncton. We also hope to have our Winter Carnival Contestants on hand. I wish our Panther's Good Luck and hope every— one takes in the Carnival Events. Have a good time during Winter Carnival '77.
