Govt. Program Outlined By Godhout

QUEBEC, July 5—-Premier Ade- lard Godbout of Quebec of Que- bec in a speech tonight outlined the Government's program which included farmers‘ bonuses ‘and miniinum Wages for workmen not Protected by a collective labor agreement.

’l'he Premier combined his out- line of government policy with a‘ plea for clean elections and added that in future “members of the government will not be allowed to be directors of companies which have business with the govern- ment."

"During the weeks proceeding the vote more details of the Lib- eral platform will be unfolded but I want an honest election and also an election limited to honest and frank discussion of the issues." the Premier said.

Speaking to the province’: farmers, Mr. Godbout who is also agriculture minister, said the prob- lem of the land was one of eco- nomic necessity and logical mo. nmnic policy demanded that all efforts be made towards azricul- turai expansion.
