SAINT JOHN, NB. Feb. 4 - (OP) — Playing on fast ice, Saint John Beavers continued their winning ways as they put on a three-goal third-period display to outahin; Halifax Crescent; 5-2 in a Maritime Senior Hockey League game here tonight.

The Beaver: defence weakened at times but goalie Sonny Mac- Donald proved, himself equal to the task and staved off repeated Halifax tries.
