Clinrlottetoiivrs third course of Bed Croas Instruction in swim- ming and water safety cutie to a successful close on August 16. This free instruction and water- front supevialon is provided by the Charlottetown Swimming and Water Safety Committee with Mr. tan Rankin acting as Chairman.

Three Red Cross Instructors are employed by this committee to carry out the tpachlng periods and to supervise free swimming. The instructors for this course were Miss Margaret Jardlne. Min Joan Cudinore and Mr. John Fielding with Mr. Sinclair Cut- eliffe as supervisor of the pro- gram.
